In a manner similar to the method described in Example 49, rac-(2S,3S,4S)-2-(3-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-4-(2,2-dimethyl-propyl)-pyrrolidine-3-carbonitrile (100 mg, 0.236 mmol) was reacted with 3-isocyanato-propionic acid ethyl ester (168 mg, 1.174 mmol) to give rac-3-{[(2S,3S,4S)-2-(3-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-phenyl)-3-cyano-4-(2,2-dimethyl-propyl)-pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-amino}-propionic acid ethyl ester (113.2 mg, 85%). HRMS (ES+) m/z Calcd for C28H31Cl2F2N3O3+H [(M+H)+]: 566.1784; Found: 566.1785.
