Reaction Steps

To a solution compound 40 (140 mg, 0.32 mmol) in CHCl3/CH3OH (10 mL) was added HONH2×HCl (44 mg, 0.64 mmol) and N-methylmorpholine (0.071 mL, 0.64 mmol). After stirring for 5 min, one drop of CH3COOH was added and the reaction was stirred overnight at room temperature. The solvent was removed and the residue was purified by preparative thin layer chromatography to afford the title compound as a white solid (20 mg).
