To a stirred solution of [(3RS,4SR)-4-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-(4-methanesulfonyl-piperazine-1-carbonyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-methyl-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (130 mg, 0.24 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (5 ml) was added TFA (1 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 2 hours, aqueous NaHCO3 was added until pH=8 and the product was extracted with CH2Cl2. The combined organic phase were dried over Na2SO4. Concentration under vacuo gave 100 mg (93%) of the title product as a light yellow oil. ES-MS m/e: 435.8 (M+H+).
