Reaction Steps
Dissolve-(R)-2-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-3-(4-fluorobenzyloxy)-propane (2.18 g, 7.7 mmol) in DCM (50 mL), add trifluoroacetic acid (25 mL), and stir at 0° C. for 20 min. Evaporate and purify by SCX chromatography to give the title compound as a colorless oil (1.2 g, 85%). MS (ES+) m/z: 184 (M+H)+.
