实验过程

A solution of tert-butyl 5-chloro-3-[(6-oxo-2-thioxo-1,2,6,7-tetrahydro-3H-purin-3-yl)methyl]-1H-indole-1-carboxylate (0.043 g, 0.10 mmol, obtained from Example 10(c)) in CH2Cl2:TFA 4:1 (2 mL) was stirred for 3.5 h and then evaporated. Purification of the crude product by preparative HPLC gave the title compound (0.022 g, 68%) as a solid.
