The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method described in Example 12(d) by using 5,6-diamino-1-[(3-isopropylisoxazol-5-yl)methyl]-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydropyrimidin-4(1H)-one (0.070 g, 0.25 mmol, obtained from Example 15(c)) and formamidine acetate (0.040 g, 0.37 mmol) which yielded the title compound (8.0 mg, 11% yield).
