The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method described above using 3-(2-aminopropyl)-2-thioxo-1,2,3,7-tetrahydro-6H-purin-6-one (60 mg, 0.18 mmol, obtained from Example 29(c)) and 6-bromo-2-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carbaldehyde (33.8 mg, 0.14 mmol), with the exception that the imine formation was allowed to run for 48 h, which generated 15 mg (24% yield) of the title compound.
