7-Bromo-2-{(2R)-2-methyl-4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]piperazin-1-yl}-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (152 mg, 0.3 mmol, Example 79) and 4-dimethylaminophenylboronic acid (83 mg, 0.5 mmol, Aldrich) reacted under the conditions of Example 51a to give the title compound as a white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 549 (M+1).
