Reaction Steps
4-Bromo-6-trifluoromethyl-2-[4-(3-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-2-yl)-piperazin-1-yl]-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole from Example 146a reacted with piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester under the conditions of Example 127b to give the title compound.
