A mixture of 7-bromo-2-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (96 mg, 0.32 mmol, Example 6b) and {5-chloro-6-[(3R)-3-methyl-piperazin-1-yl]-pyridin-3-yl}-methanol (96 mg, 0.4 mmol, Example 150a) in dioxane (2 mL) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 506 (M+1).
