Reaction Steps
A mixture of 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-1H-benzoimidazole (58 mg, 0.26 mmol, Example 1c) and 2-[5-chloro-6-[(3R)-3-methyl-piperazin-1-yl]-pyridin-3-yl]-propan-2-ol from step (c) above (90 mg, 0.33 mmol) in ethanol (1 mL) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 454 (M+1).
