Reaction Steps
piperazine-2-carboxylic acid methylamide from step (c) above (570 mg, 4.0 mmol) and (5,6-dichloro-pyridin-3-yl)-methanol (710 mg, 4.0 mmol, TCI-US) reacted under the conditions of Example 3a to give the title compound as a light-yellow gum. MS ESI, pos. ion) m/e: 285 (M+1).
