Procedure

(6-{(3R)-3-Methyl-4-[6-trifluoromethyl-4-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl]-piperazin-1-yl}-5-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-3-yl)-methanol (422 mg, 0.7 mmol, Example 189c) reacted with MnO2 (1.22 g, 14 mmol, Aldrich) under the conditions of Example 154a to give the title compound as a white solid. MS ESI, pos. ion m/e: 602 (M+1).
