A mixture of (6-piperazin-1-yl-5-trifluoromethyl-pyridin-3-yl)-methanol from step (e) above (131 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethyl-4-(3,4,5-trifluoro-phenyl)-1H-benzoimidazole (175 mg, 0.5 mmol, Example 51b) in EtOH (2 mL) reacted under the conditions of Example 3c to give the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/e: 576 (M+1).
