PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a solution of the ketone F1 in EtOH (0.04 M solution) at 0° C. was added NaBH4 (2.0 eq.) and the mixture was stirred for 1 hr. Water was slowly added and the aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic extracts were dried (MgSO4) and solvents were removed under reduced pressure. The crude product was used without purification in the next step. MS (ES) C30H44N2O4Si requires: 525, found: 526 (M+H)+.
