Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 3-(chloromethyl)-5-[2-fluoro-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.33 (m, 1H), 7.85 (m, 1H), 7.69 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=8.6 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (d, J=9.3 Hz, 1H), 6.65 (s, 1H), 5.50 (s, 2H), 2.68 (s, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 469 (M+1).
