Synthesized as described in Example 4 using 2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-5-carbonitrile (Example 120) and 1-chloro-2-propanol: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.53 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.48 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.59 (s, 1H), 4.20 (m, 1H), 4.12 (m, 2H), 2.52 (s, 3H), 1.33 (d, J=6.1 Hz, 3H); MS (ES) m/z 283 (M+1).
