Synthesized as described in Example 4 using methyl 3-[5-cyano-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indol-2-yl]propanoate (Example 355A) and 3-(chloromethyl)-5-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole: 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.31 (s, 1H), 8.24 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.67 (m, 2H), 7.57 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.63 (s, 1H), 5.54 (s, 2H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.33 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 2H), 2.94 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 2H): MS (ES) m/z 523 (M+1).
