Prepared according to the procedure used to prepare methyl 2-(5-chloro-1H-indazol-7-yl)-2-((4-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)methoxy)acetate trifluoroacetic acid salt using tert-butyl 4-((1-(5-chloro-1H-indazol-7-yl)-2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate as the starting material. 1H-NMR (CD3OD, 500 MHz) 6 8.05 (m, 1H), 7.73 (m, 1H), 7.40 (m, 2H), 6.85-7.20 (m, 3H), 4.65 (m, 1H), 3.77 (m, 1.6H), 3.49 (m, 3.8H), 2.40-3.00 (m, 7H), 2.13 (m, 2H). Mass spec.: 418.24 (MH)+.
