Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared using Buchwald reaction from 2-Chloro-9-cyclopentyl-7,7-difluoro-5-methyl-8,9-dihydro-5H-pyrimido[5,4-b][1,4]diazepin-6(7H)-one and 5-aminoindole. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.55 (m, 4H) 1.69 (m, 2H) 1.97 (m, 2H) 3.3 (s, 3H) 3.99 (t, J=14.3 Hz, 2H) 4.75 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 6.29 (br. s., 1H) 7.18-7.41 (m, 3H) 7.96 (s, 1H) 8.18 (s, 1H) 9.16 (s, 1H) 10.91 (br. s., 1H). [M+H] calc'd for C21H22F2N6O, 413. found 413.
