Reaction Steps
A compound obtained using 2-[(4-{2-[(5-ethylpyrimidin-2-yl)amino]ethyl}-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)thio]-2-methylpropionic acid tert-butyl ester synthesized in Example 265-1 and 1-iodohexane as starting materials and by an operation similar to that of Example 326 was dissolved in diethyl ether, and reacted with 30% hydrobromic acid-acetic acid to give the title compound.
