Reaction Steps

To a 2 ml dichloromethane suspension of 86 mg (0.23 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 65, 31 μl (0.28 mmol) of N-methylpiperazine and 53 mg (0.28 mmol) of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride were added, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 18 hours. Then, an aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was washed with water and a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride. After the washed layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (chloroform/methanol=20/1˜10/1) to obtain 80 mg (75%) of the captioned compound.
