Procedure
To a 1 ml methanol/3 ml 1,4-dioxane mixed solution of 60 mg (0.13 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 71, 1 ml of a 1M aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide was added at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at the same temperature for 1 hour. Then, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and the residue was diluted with water, followed by washing the dilution with ether. The aqueous layer was acidified with a 2M aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, and then extracted with chloroform. The organic layer was washed with water and a saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride. After the washed layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure to obtain 53 mg (93%) of the captioned compound.
