Reaction Steps
A 2 ml methanol suspended solution of 65 mg (0.138 mmol) of the compound obtained in Example 138 was heated to 50° C. To the system, 9.1 μl (0.14 mmol) of methanesulfonic acid was added, and then the mixture was heated under reflux for 15 minutes. Then, the reaction mixture was brought to room temperature, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was recrystallized from ethyl acetate-ethanol to obtain 16 mg (20%) of the captioned compound.
