Reaction Steps
To a solution under Ar of 1-{cis-4-[2-(2-chloro-6-fluoro-phenyl)-acetylamino]-cyclohexyl}-1H-[1,2,3]triazole-4-carboxylic acid (100 mg) in DMF (4 ml) were added piperidine (22 mg), TBTU (93 mg) and DIPEA (0.13 ml). The solution was stirred 1 h at RT before partitioning it between EtOAc (50 ml) and H2O (50 ml). The organic phase was dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent was evaporated. Chromatography (silica, CH2Cl2 to CH2Cl2 5% MeOH) afforded the product (112 mg, 95%). Off-white solid. MS 448.1 (100, [M+H]+).
