The title compound was prepared from 4-(4-Chloro-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester by procedures analogous to those described for the preparation of (4-Amino-7-cyclopentyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)-(3-amino-phenyl)-methanone. MS: 437.5 (MH+); HPLC Rf: 5.18 min. (HPLC method 4); HPLC purity: 100%.
