To the product of Example 131 (100 mg, 0.2793 mmol) was added 5-chloro-3-pyridinol (181 mg, 1.397 mmol), Cs2CO3 (228 mg, 0.6983 mmol) and toluene (1.5 mL) before heating to 100° C. After stirring 14 hours the reaction solution was filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel) eluting with a gradient of 1 to 3% ethyl acetate/dichloromethane affording the product. MS (electrospray) m/e 453.9 MH+ (Rt=4.1 min LC/MS).
