Reaction Steps
The compound 3k was prepared according procedure described for 3a by employing 5-nitrofuran aldehyde (157 mg, 1 mmol) and 2-hydrazino-6-fluoro-benzothiazole (183 mg, 1 mmol) at 70° C. for 2 h (yield 230 mg, 75%).
