3-(4-Bromo-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.035 g, 0.12 mmol) was treated with 2-naphthyl isocyanate (0.023 g, 0.13 mmol, 1.05 equiv.) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL), in a similar manner as described in Example 1.2 to afford Compound 14 (0.040 g, 0.09 mmol, 70%) as a white solid. LCMS m/z (%)=451 (M+H79Br, 95), 453 (M+H79Br, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.30 (s, 1H), 8.20 (s, 1H), 8.19 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.56-7.84 (m, 3H), 7.72 (dd, J=2.7, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (dd, J=2.1, 8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (s, 1H), 7.48 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H), 7.44 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.14 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 3.83 (s, 3H), 3.70 (s, 3H).
