4-Methoxy-3-(2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-phenylamine (0.291 g, 1.43 mmol) was treated with 4-chlorophenyl isocyanate (0.247 g, 1.57 mmol, 1.1 equiv.) in CH2Cl2 (5 mL), in a similar manner as described in Example 1.2 to afford Compound 75 (0.415 g, 1.16 mmol, 81%) as a white solid. LCMS m/z (%)=357 (M+H). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.21 (s, 1H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 7.58 (dd, J=2.8, 8.9 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.44 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H), 7.39 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.28 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.08 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 1H), 6.20 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.68 (s, 3H).
