To a solution of 3-(2-isopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.1 g, 0.433 mmol) in CH2Cl2, was added 2-Chloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl isocyanate (0.106 g, 0.476 mmol) and stirred overnight. The resulting precipitate was filtered and washed with methylene chloride/hexane (1:1), and dried in vacuo to yield Compound 48 as a colorless solid (0.109 g, 56%). LCMS m/z (%)=455 M+H+ (37Cl, 35), 453 M+H+ (35Cl, 100), 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.78 (bs, 1H), 8.48 (d, J=8.97 Hz, 1H), 7.99 (bs, 1H), 7.615 (s, 1H), 7.52-7.46 (m, 1H), 7.375 (d, J=1.41 Hz, 1H), 7.337 (d, J=2.64 Hz, 1H), 6.973 (d, J=8.92 Hz, 1H), 6.027 (d, J=1.63 Hz, 1H), 4.151 (m, 1H), 3.676 (s, 3H), 1.244 (d, J=6.61 Hz, 6H).
