Reaction Steps
(4-Fluoro-2-((1,1,1-trifluoropent-4-en-2-yl)oxy)phenyl)methanol (66 mg, 0.25 mmol) and (S)-ethyl 2-(7-(4-(allyloxy)-4-methylpiperidin-1-yl)-2-(iodomethyl)-5-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-6-yl)-2-(tert-butoxy)acetate (145 mg, 0.25 mmol) were dissolved in 1 mL of DMF at 0° C. and 60% (mineral oil) NaH (10 mg, 0.25 mmol) added. The resulting mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 3 hours then quenched with 1N HCl. The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic fractions were combined and dried over Na2SO4, filtered and the solvent removed to yield the crude product which was used in the next reaction without further purification.
