Procedure
A solution of product from Example 122A (0.267 g, 1.135 mmol) in acetic anhydride (1.073 mL, 11.35 mmol) and pyridine (0.918 mL, 11.35 mmol) was stirred at 98° C. for 2 hrs. The mixture was partitioned between CH2Cl2 and 1N HCl solution, and the organic extract was separated, dried over anhydrous sodium sulphate, filtered, and concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by column chromatography on silica gel using a solvent gradient of 1-35% ethyl acetate in hexane to give the title compound (0.083 g, 27%).
