Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in analogy to 4-(3-methyl-2,5-dioxo-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)-phenyl)-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (example 2), using (R)-4-(2,5-dioxo-1-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (example 1A, 40 mg, 0.10 mmol) as starting material. Yield: 20 mg; ESI mass spectrum [M+H]+=412; Retention time HPLC: 0.59 min (X012_801).
