This compound was prepared, in an analogous manner as described in Example 2, from the compound described in intermediate 2b and (E)-4-methoxybut-2-enoic acid (Intermediate 3), to afford the title compound (11 mg, 29.9%). Data: UPLC (C) Rt: 1.58 min; m/z 498.3 (M+H)+.
