To a solution of (3-amino-2,5,6-trifluorophenyl)(3-morpholinoquinoxalin-6-yl)methanone (40 mg, 0.1 mmol, 1.0 eq.) in DCM (10 mL) was added TEA (101 mg, 1 mol, 10 eq.) and propane-1-sulfonyl chloride (0.5 mL, 0.5 mmol, 5.0 eq.). The resulting mixture was stirred at rt for 1 h, then washed with water and extracted with DCM (10 mL×3). The combined organic layers were dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography (PE/EA=2/1, v/v) to afford N-(propylsulfonyl)-N-(2,4,5-trifluoro-3-(3-morpholinoquinoxaline-6-carbonyl)phenyl)propane-1-sulfonamide (41 mg, 62.2%).
