Reaction Steps

To a solution of tert-butyl (3-(3-chloroquinoxaline-6-carbonyl)-2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)carbamate (128 mg, 0.29 mmol, 1.0 eq.) in DCM (5 mL) was added TFA (5 mL). After the resulting mixture was stirred at rt for 0.5 h, the solvent was evaporated. The resulting residue was washed with saturated NaHCO3 and extracted with EA (20 mL×3). The combined organic layers were dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated. The resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography (PE/EA=2/1, v/v) to afford (3-amino-2,5,6-trifluorophenyl)(3-chloroquinoxalin-6-yl)methanone (40 mg, 40.9%).
