Procedure
To a solution of (3-amino-2,5,6-trifluorophenyl)(3-(4-chlorophenyl)quinoxalin-6-yl)methanone hydrochloride (100 mg, 0.24 mmol, 1.0 eq.) in DCM (10 mL) were added TEA (242 mg, 2.4 mmol, 10.0 eq.) and propane-1-sulfonyl chloride (172 mg, 1.2 mmol, 5.0 eq.). The resulting mixture was stirred at rt for 1 h, then concentrated. The resulting residue was dissolved in EA (10 mL) and washed with saturated NaHCO3 solution, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography (PE/EA=4/1, v/v) to afford N-(3-(3-(4-chlorophenyl)quinoxaline-6-carbonyl)-2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)-N- (propylsulfonyl)propane-1-sulfonamide (50 mg, 40.3%).
