4-(6-(Trifluoromethyl)pyridazin-3-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one (60 mg, 0.25 mmol) and tert-butyl 7-bromo-5-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole-2(5H)-carboxylate (90 mg, 0.25 mmol) were reacted following the procedure of Example 30 (step g) to provide the title compound (60 mg, 46%) as a yellow solid: 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.10 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.79 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.66 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 7.26-7.24 (m, 2H), 7.10 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 4.66 (s, 2H), 3.66 (t, J=3.3 Hz, 2H), 3.86 (s, 3H), 2.84 (t, J=3.3 Hz, 2H), 1.51 (s, 9H).
