300 mg (1.12 mmol) (RS)-4-chloro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1]benzothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxylic acid (prepared according to intermediate example 31b) were transformed in analogy to example 3 using N′-benzyl-N,N-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine to give after working up and purification 152 mg (32%) of the title compound.
