Ethyl 1-(4-fluoro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)cyclopropanecarbimidate (148 mg, 0.75 mmol) and acetic acid (0.8 mL) were added to the filtrate containing (R)-(1-(4,5-diaminopyrimidin-2-yl)piperidin-3-yl)(pyrrolidin-1-yl)methanone, prepared in the previous step. The reaction mixture was heated at reflux for 16 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organics were dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude material was purified via column chromatography (100-200 mesh silica gel, 0-4% methanol in ethyl acetate) to afford the title compound. MS (ES+APCI) (M+H) 425.2; LCMS retention time: 3.545 min (Method V1).
