Reaction Steps
Compound 2I was prepared following the procedure used to prepare compound 1J of Example 1, except that (S)-2-(5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,7-dimethylquinolin-6-yl)-2-hydroxyethyl pivalate (2H) was used instead of compound 1I. LCMS-ESI+ (m/z): 468.3, 470.3 (M+H)+.
