Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 20, N-[5-(3-dimethylaminobenzamido)-2-methylphenyl]-2-fluorobenzamide was reacted with N,N,N′-trimethyl-1,3-propanediamine to give the title compound in 29% yield; m.p. 178-179° C.; NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 1.64 (m, 2H), 2.13 (s, 6H), 2.17 (s, 3H), 2.22 (t, 2H), 2.95 (m, 9H), 3.41 (t, 2H), 6.73 (d, 2H), 6.89 (m, 1H), 7.19 (m, 3H), 7.29 (t, 1H), 7.56 (m, 1H), 7.8 (d, 1H), 7.84 (d, 2H), 9.44 (s, 1H), 10.05 (s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: M+H+ 488.
