Using an analogous procedure to that described in Example 37, 3-chloromethylbenzoyl chloride was reacted with N-(3-amino-4-methylphenyl)-3-trifluoromethylbenzamide to give the title compound in 94% yield; NMR Spectrum: (DMSOd6) 2.2 (s, 3H), 4.85 (s, 2H), 7.25 (d, 1H), 7.6 (m, 3H), 7.8 (m, 2H), 7.95 (d, 2H), 8.05 (s, 1H), 8.16 (m, 2H), 9.96 (s, 1H), 10.44 (s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: M−H− 445.
