The title compound was prepared from 2,6-dichlorobenzothiazole, L-cyclohexylalanine and N1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-ethane-1,2-diamine-2HCl using the procedure analogous to that described in example 2. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz) δ 8.30 (d, 1H, J=8.0 Hz), 8.17 (t, 1H, J=5.6 Hz), 7.72 (d, 1H, J=2.4 Hz), 7.23 (d, 1H, J=8.4 Hz), 7.15 (dd, 1H, J=8.4 Hz, J=2.4 Hz), 6.84(m, 2H), 6.50(m, 2H), 4.40(m, 1H), 3.16(m, 2H), 2.97(m, 2H), 1.55(m, 7H), 1.30(m, 1H), 1.05(m, 3H), 0.83(m, 2H). HPLC-MS calcd. for C24H28ClFN4OS (M+H+)475.17, found 475.3.
