To a mixture of the product obtained from Example 1, step d (69 mg, 0.13 mmol) in DMF (2.0 mL) at 0° C. were added methyl bromoacetate (0.05 mL) and potassium carbonate (50 mg). After stirring at 0° C. for 2 hr, the solid was filtered out, and the solvent was removed. HPLC purification (50% to 100% acetonitrile/water) gave the desired product as a solid. LC-MS found: (M+1)+=594.30.
