Using a method similar to example 1, using 2-chloro-4-fluoro-benzoyl chloride (116 mg, 0.60 mmol) and 6-(4-dimethylamino-cyclohex-1-enyl)-pyridin-2-ylamine, isomer 1 (preparation 10, 100 mg, 0.46 mmol) provides of the title compound as a colorless oil (135 mg, 78%): MS (ES): m/z=374.1 (M+H)+; 1HNMR (CDCl3): δ 8.80 (s, br, 1H), 8.19 (d, 1H), 7.69 (m, 2H), 7.18 (m, 2H), 7.05 (m, 1H), 6.64 (m, 1H), 2.70 (m, 1H), 2.46 (m, 3H), 2.36 (s, 6H), 2.16 (m, 2H), 1.54 (m, 1H). Di-hydrochloride salt: Anal. cal'd for C20H21ClFN3O.2HCl: C, 53.77; H, 5.19; N, 9.41. Found: C, 54.13; H, 5.34; N, 9.41.
