The operation is carried out in a fashion similar to that described in Example 84, but starting from 3.8 g of benzyl 2-{3-{3-{2-[(2R,4R)-4-tert-butoxycarbonyl-2-(2-fluorophenyl)-3-thiazolidinyl]-2-oxoethyl}ureido}phenyl}propionate (A form) and 0.8 g of 10% palladinized charcoal. 1.4 g of 2-{3-{3-{2-[(2R,4R)-4-tert-butoxycarbonyl-2-(2-fluorophenyl)-3-thiazolidinyl]-2-oxoethyl}ureido}phenyl}propionic acid (A form), melting at 145° C., are thus obtained.
