Using the method of Compound 39 Part C, N-(1-ethylpropyl)hydroxylamine (Compound 39 Part B, 1.15 g, 11.3 mmol) was reacted with 4-nitrophenyl isocyanate (1.85 g, 11.3 mmol) to provide 1.95 g of the desired product as a solid, m.p. 169°-170° C. Analysis: Calculated for C12H17N3O4 : %C, 53.92; %H, 6.41; %N, 15.72; Found: %C, 53.85; %H, 6.36; %N, 15.55.
