Following General Procedure C and using N-(3,5-difluorophenylacetyl)-L-alanine (from Example B2 above) and methyl 2-amino-2-(2-methylthiazol-4-yl)acetate (prepared from N-Boc-2-amino-2-(2-methylthiazo-4-yl)acetic acid [CAS 105381-90-6] using General Procedure H above), the title compound was prepared as a solid. The product was purified by tituration using Et2O/hexanes.
